This file like many (though not all) of the "[Worldmkv]" files posted here lately, is NOT actually an MKV file, it’s an AVI.

So are you saying that the extension has been manually renamed to mkv? Or do you mean the codec used is h.263 and not x264 or x265 as you expected.?

Oh, I see it now. At the top of this page above the pic of the lovely girl it says

"""Size: 806MB mkv XVID / MP3 720x416"""

So, container is mkv, video codec is xvid (h263), audio codec is mp3.

Originally this would have been in an AVI container and
worldmkv took the audio & video and put it in an mkv container.
