Stunt, where are you writing from? Fcore runs just as fast as Hugefile or 180U for me, always go above 200GB/s. Maybe your ISP is blocking you. Try it again with a proxy.

Fcore runs very fast for me (about 1.5-2 mb/s). The only thing wrong is that jdownloader can't find the links unless I visit the page and turn off Adblock, and then I got popups. Popups DO NOT WANT.

I am still using JD1, and there was a good reason for not switching to JD2, but I can't remember what it was. Some questions:

1. Does it have to be installed, or can I just unzip like with the first one?
2. Is there adware (because no thanks)?
3. Is it a nightly build sort of thing that I have to keep updating?
4. Is it relatively stable?

Its stable always use it meself with my all-debrid a/c wudnt use jd1 anymore its outdated, you get more host plugins with 2. Truth the only person on this site that has a personality disorder he doesn't no who he actually is anymore. Crys when people give out to him then starts with the pointless age old insults that ud hear from people with severe cases of tourettes and adhd syndromes

I delayed upgrading but the file hosts are changing all the time so if you stick to an old version you will have more and more problems.

JD2 has been pretty stable for me, I installed it several months ago when I had problems that were fixed in the beta.
The link I gave is for the no-adware beta
The adware (some browser plugin I think) is optional anyway when you install any version.
The program will by default check for updates every time you run it, and ask you if it should proceed. Mostly it's updated plugins for various hosts and pretty fast to download and install in the background.

However, the interface is different and it takes a while to work out how it does things. Note in "Settings", the "Advanced settings" which is basically all the settings in a huge list, if you can't find it in the GUI. Type "update" in the search bar there to see the settings related to that.

The online help is pretty useless and out of date if there is any though, so ask at the JD forum if you have any problems.

Barry_Shitpeas for what its worth what they told you is true . just use JDownloader v2 beta and filecore works fine . If you still use the old one a lot stuff want work that works in the new one .
