This ain't McDonalds, you don't get it now this instant, nor hours to days before it airs, like with torrents. You want to Direct Download, you have to wait for the episodes to be downloaded, processed and reuploaded. Your whined about 720P and 1080p BOTH IN x265 are here and so 2 more episodes. https://rmz.cr/secrets-of-sulphur-springs#releases Which were posted pretty quick worst time lag was 3 hours from the earliest release to latest, which they releases and encodes can take multiple days, especially for series released all at once. That if you don't have just the large whole seasonal packed file(s).

The admins here only answer when there is serious real issue, not some upset they don't get service like they were paying for it.... You will also have better luck posting for help in the forums like in this thread https://rmz.cr/static/discussion/members/1 A few more comments and your's would have been gone from the newest comment box, so no would see it unless they looked at this series exact episode and encoding file's release/download page.

You are an egotistical idiot if you think your comments ever helped get anything encoded on this site. The whole operation is run by bots, and it can take a few hours for them to download a new episode from a topsite, re-encode it to the various formats released here, and then get it uploaded to the DDL servers. It will always happen regardless of your thoughts or comments because it is automated. It happened the same way before you found this site and it will continue to happen long after you have moved on elsewhere. You need to learn something about the internet and tech in general kid.

I also know that encodings are done by robots.
But sometimes the robot does not encode or upload for any reason.
This has happened many times and one has asked if it will be encoded?

Yes that does happen when a whole season releases at once. It has never happened on a weekly show that this site releases, sometimes the queue gets way large and the servers take time to catch up, but saying I made it happen would be like saying that when they didn't get to moonshiners until 8 hours after airing that I made it happen by commenting. It happened because it was programmed to happen.
