I didn't download this, but jD reports that the links give two sets of files, each in 3 parts:
part 1&2: 990 MB, and part 3: 328 MB.
That looks like it's complete, gives 2x2.3GB files.
Try another unarchiver, like Winrar or 7-zip.

Always check the '2 CDs' label under the title, if you see it then u have two sets of files for each CD separately.
